Blair Fitness Club’s Boot Camp is a four-week program combining cardiovascular and resistance activities in a fun, supportive group, indoor and outdoor environment.  You will never have a dull moment in this fast-paced, individually challenging class.  Each individual is challenged at his/her own level and enabled to reach their own potential.
