When does the Fitness challenge begin and end?
Registration and initial weigh in, at your facility or Blair Fitness. You will be measured by weighing in and using the body fat analyzer. The body composition of each team member will be totaled and averaged to give the team one score. The same method will be used for the final weigh in. The winning team will be determined based on the percent of improvement during the 12 week period. During the Fitness Challenge, participants can track their progress by weighing in and being measured with the body fat analyzer.
Team progress will be posted by the corporate offices.
Measurements are required for initial registration and at the final weigh out. They are not required during the 12 week challenge but will be scheduled for your tracking purposes and the team with the best loss for each weigh in will be rewarded for their progress.
