Like working out with a group of people? Boot Camp Fitness Training gives you the opportunity to spice up your workout with different routines, such as boxing, stretching, running/walking, focusing on muscles and conditioning. No session is the same. Boot Camp is available to members and non-members.

 

What can you give?

15 Minute Core & Abs Workout
This class focuses on exercises to strenghten and tone the mid-section or core of the body. Grab a mat and get down and perform various core & abdominal exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels. Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 5:30 pm

Pure Stretch
Increasing flexibility and enhancing range of motion is the main focus of this class. All you need is some comfortable clothing, a mat and 15 minutes. Suiteable for all fitness levels. Tuesday and Thursday @ 5:45 pm
