NEW CLASS - Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 am Classes Starting February 2nd

We are offering a class from 5:30 am - 6:15 am on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Get a good start into your day with anything from Kettlebell to Balance Ball classes.

Tuesdays at 5:30 am - 5:15 am Thursdays at 5:30 am - 6:15 am
March - Working the Core with the Balance Ball March - Burn It Off with Kickboxing
April - Core Strength April - Intense Kettlebells

NEW CLASS -Saturdays 9 am Classes

We are offering a class from 9 am - 10 am on Saturday mornings. Get a good start into your day with anything from Kettlebell to Balance Ball classes.

Rock Hard Abs Class

On Monday evenings from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm, our Abs and Core class is back! This class is lead by one of our trainers. Before, during and after the class, our trainer will be available to answer your fitness tips and other information will be available free charge.

Mondays at 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Workout With A Trainer

Tuesday Nights (Scheduling at trainer's discretion)

On Tuesdays, Club members have an opportunity to follow along with one of our trainers during one of his/her workouts. Experience what it is like to workout like one of our trainers. Space is limited.

2-4-1 Workout

Wednesdays from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

On Wednesday evenings, between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm, you may bring a friend for free and workout together. (First time guest only)

Free Style Fitness

Thursday nights from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm

On Thursday evenings from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm, come out to the Club to experience a workout class or presentation selected by one of our trainers. One of our trainers will lead his/her favorite workouts or classes or we will have a guest presenter discussing a current fitness topic.
