High Intensity Training (“HIT”) involves brief, infrequent, and intense exercises that are performed with a high level of effort/intensity designed to stimulate the body to produce an increase in muscular strength and size. HIT exercises are designed to be completed at the end of your workout. HIT challenges you to maximize your intensity in a short high-energy period of time usually about three to five minutes. A RESULTS WORKOUT HIT training session may include three sets of push-ups, jump roping and tricep dips with minimum rest between each set.

The RESULTS WORKOUT incorporates the principal of Periodization over a six-week period in which the number of sets per exercise, repetitions per set, the types of exercises, number of exercises per training session, rest periods between sets and exercises, resistance used for a set, and the type and tempo of muscle action are manipulated to maximize your results in a minimal amount of time.

Simply put, the RESULTS WORKOUT uses the principal of Muscle Confusion to continually challenge your muscles to break down and recouperate over and over again which is what it takes to become lean and build muscle – keep your body guessing. In order to do this, the Results Workout adds loads of variety into the six-week program. This variety helps prevent boredom and loss of interest as you are not doing the same routine of exercises and you are kept continually challenged.
